PRE MADE: ALL ORDERS SHIPPED OUT 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER IT IS PLACED.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PRE MADE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is handed over to CANADA POST, UPS, DHL, or any of our other Premium Couriers, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to help recover your lost package.
